Adam Tolley
Recruitment & Solutions Director
Adam Tolley is the owner of STK.
He started his career within the media industry, working in a high pressured sales role, and then entered the IT recruitment industry in 1998, quickly becoming the top salesperson and winning awards and recognition in the process.
In 2003, Adam moved to STK and took ownership of the business in 2005 - and he's been doing great work ever since.
Adam enjoys working with a brilliant team of experienced recruiters, all with integrity and ethics that align with our core values.
Outside of work, Adam is a big sports fan and loves spending time with his family.
Lucie Cerna
Central Services Manager
Lucie Cerna is our Central Services Manager. She's the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly and ALL the paperwork associated with STK is taken care of, from timesheets to payments and keeping on top of the accounts. Her attention to detail is second to none!
Lucie always looks for ways to improve our services and processes while staying compliant with regulations. Plus, she consistently scores perfect marks during company audits and keeps our staff and candidates happy by ensuring they're paid correctly and on time.
In her spare time, Lucie enjoys being creative and is an amazing baker. She's especially known for her delicious carrot cake around the office!
Charlotte Voisey
Recruitment Consultant
Charlotte Voisey is an IT recruiter who loves helping people find their next role. She enjoys being part of an organisation where opinions really do matter. Charlotte believes in treating everyone with respect and kindness.
Her background as an Account Manager for recruitment agencies has given her invaluable insight into the mechanics of recruitment and how to provide professional solutions to IT contractors.
Outside of work, Charlotte loves reading books to relax and broaden her knowledge of the world. She is an ambassador for breaking down the mental health stigma and talking openly about it.
Rosemary Stewart
Recruitment Resourcer
Rosemary Stewart is an excellent resourcer who brings an eye for detail and a track record of success to her role of nearly 12 years!
She is skilled in networking, conducting extensive database searches and utilising her fantastic market knowledge to achieve positive resourcing solutions for the team.
Rosemary is also an expert in team building and has established a fantastic network of tried and tested professionals who she engages with on a regular basis. With a passion for providing the best service possible, Rosemary is always willing to go the extra mile to meet tight deadlines and she is an invaluable asset to our IT recruitment & solutions team.
In her spare time, Rosemary enjoys gaming on her Nintendo Switch and going on long walks with her dog.
