We supported a managed service provider who had an urgent project requirement which demanded a team of 11 technical engineers to work at 3 different sites; 1 team in London, 1 team in the Midlands and 1 team in the North. We were given 72 hours to build a team of 11 IT professionals, which involved screening, technical evaluations, interviews and onboarding.
We then managed the team’s daily operations, co-ordinated all technical reports - which were required twice daily - offering full project accountability from concept to completion.
We supported a Client who needed to deliver brand new IT equipment to 28 corporate sites throughout the UK (from Newcastle to Plymouth) all of which needed to be installed in a uniform fashion. Attention to detail was paramount.
