Managed Service Provider Client
We supported a managed service provider who had an urgent project requirement which demanded a team of 11 technical engineers to work at 3 different sites; 1 team in London, 1 team in the Midlands and 1 team in the North. We were given 72 hours to build a team of 11 IT professionals, which involved screening, technical evaluations, interviews and onboarding.
We then managed the team’s daily operations, co-ordinated all technical reports - which were required twice daily - offering full project accountability from concept to completion.
Private Sector Client
We supported a Client who needed to deliver brand new IT equipment to 28 corporate sites throughout the UK (from Newcastle to Plymouth) all of which needed to be installed in a uniform fashion. Attention to detail was paramount.
We assembled multiple teams, with key leaders who covered multiple regions.
Shortly after the project commenced, our suggested process improvements were approved by the Client which reduced installation time by 30% and allowed the project to be delivered ahead of schedule.
Public Sector Client
We were tasked with supporting a domain migration for a large Central Government client. We assembled a team of 10 SC Cleared Migration Engineers and managed the daily and weekly reporting process, ensuring that files, user accounts and content were successfully migrated.

Our client, a mental health app startup, needed to fill critical roles to drive the development and testing of their innovative platform. They turned to us to source top-tier candidates with the right skills and experience.
First, we identified and recruited a team of highly skilled full-stack developers with expertise in building secure and user-friendly mobile applications. These candidate brought a deep understanding of privacy and data protection best practices, ensuring the app's compliance with relevant regulations.
